If your item never shipped, completely doesn’t match the listing description or is damaged, we’ll give you a full refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In all other cases, sales are final. So please be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A claim must be filed within 3 days of receipt with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.
If no file was claimed within 3 days of receipt and the funds were released to the seller, all sales will be find and no refunds will be approved.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We want both the seller and buyer to have a great experience and in order to do so, we prohibit “offline transactions.” Any items listed on Shop | Sell | Weddings must be sold through our checkout platform solely to guarantee the transaction. We hereby will be held harmless from any offline transactions and reserve the right to restrict and/or decline further transactions from members (buyer or seller) who have taken transactions offline.
